Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule or cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment

  • No shows will be charged 100% of services scheduled.
  • Same day rescheduling or cancelling will be charged 50% of services scheduled.

*If we have to reschedule or you cancel in 3 hours or less prior to your appointment, it will be a 100% charge of services.*

Arrive On Time

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TO AVOID ANY RESCHEDULING FEES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE, WE WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE.
